<Living and Working in the Classroom>
14 가지 항목으로 구분되어 있는데 공경하는 자세로 어른을 대하는지 새로운 것을 해보려고 시도하는지 그룹 디스커션에서 자기 의견을 내놓을 줄 아는지...등등의 항목을 Sometimes 와 Usually 로 구분해두었는데 성진이는 모든 항목이 Usually 였다.
그리고 평어를 살펴 보면,I am so glad I had opportunity to work with Sung-Jin this year.She continued to display a positive attitude and was a very good role -model for her friends during working time.She was able to remain focused on a task and see it through with minimal teacher direction.
Sung-Jin could communicate effectively with us in English.She enjoyed working at the writing center and in dramatic play during free- choice time.On occasion,it was necessary to remind Sung-Jin to take turns during play which she then did promptly.

<Language Literacy>
-Speaking and Listening:6개의 소항목으로 구분되어져 있고 지난 1학기와 똑같이 6개 모두'중'(Expected)을 받았으며 노력 점수도 '중'(Satisfactory)이다.

-Reading:10 개의 소항목 중에서 8개는 '중',나머지 두 개는 '상'을 받았다.노력 점수는 '중'.

-Writing:12 개 소항목 중 4개는 '상'을 나머지는'중'을 받았는데 ,'쓰기'는 아무래도 여기 아이들과 비교해서 별로 뒤지지않는 것같다.
노력 점수는 '상'(Outstanding)을 받았다.
평어를 보면, Sung-Jin could follow oral directions very well.She participated in our group reading of big books and in shared writing activities where she helped us spell words and locate words in print.
Sung-Jin read 'My Puppy','At School',and 'Little Bird' to the class.She read the books with ease.When she brought a special heart-shaped ring to show the class she confidentely answered their questions.
Sung-Jin continued to make steady progress in her writing.She was including more conventional spelling and used logical "invented" spelling.For example,she wrote,"Iam plaing(playing) tag wt(with ) my siri(sister) and my baby seyre(sister)".Keep up this wonderful writing in your summer journal,Sung-Jin!

<Mathematics>:14가지 소항목 중 4가지만 '상'이고 나머지는 모두 '중'이다.1학기와 똑같다.다만 노력 점수가 Outstanding한 것만 다르다.
평어를 살펴 보면,Sung-Jin's work in class showed she has a clear understanding of numbers.She wrote,ordered,compared,added and is beginning to subtract numbers.She made and interpreted graphs for weather and lost teeth and created complex patterns(aabcc) with beads and pattern blocks.She worked with measurement of plants and paper chains. Sung-Jin is a fine math student.

<Science,Health>:3개 소항목 모두 '중'

<Social Studies>:3개 소항목 중 1개는 '상' 나머지 둘은 '중'

<Inquiry/Research>:2개 항목 모두 '중',노력 점수도 '중'
평어는,Sung-Jin enjoyed learning about the seasons and identified appropriate activities for each.She named spring as her favorite because"...there are lots of birds".
Sung-Jin eagerly participated in our spring lessons involving kites,birds and Mexico.She would benefit from locating more non-fiction books in the library this summer.

<Art>:4개 소항목 중에서 하나만 '상'이고 나머지는 모두 '중',노력 점수도 '중'
평어를 보면,Sung-Jin is a very capable student.She demonstrates understanding of class content and herself well in many art mediums.

<Music>:5개 소항목 모두 '중'
노력 점수는'하'(Needs Improvement 이럴 수가....)
평어는,Sung-Jin is often eager and enthusiastic learner,but has found it more of a challenge to stay on track with our singing and moving this spring.(이걸 보고나서 깨달은 게 하나 있다.무조건 다 좋게만 써주는 건 아니구나...)

<Physical Education>:5개 소항목 모두 '중'에 노력 점수도 '중'

아직 영어가 익숙치않아서 특별 교과 선생님한테는 주눅이 드는 것같다.
담임 선생님의 평가와 엇갈리는 부분이 더러 있는 걸 보면...
하지만 상관없다.
이제 가을 학기가 시작되면 성진이의 영어도 괄목상대하게될 것을 기대하고 있으니....
